Nolyuniverse has launched a service that suggests travel content tailored to users\' preferences without requiring searches. The company said on Thursday it released a beta version of the AI-curated \'Discovery\' service on its travel and leisure platform NOL. The feature provides travel and leisure content in a feed format and recommends new items daily. It analyses trends, searches, bookings and reviews and automates content creation, adding user behaviour data to personalise recommendations.

Kim Young-jin (김영진), chief technology officer at Nolyuniverse, said the company is accelerating efforts to make better use of large-scale data by adopting Databricks. He said internal challenges included difficulty finding needed data, limited trust in discovered data and complexity in integrating multiple services. Nolyuniverse built a centralized feature store called Lynx and integrated tools into Databricks to speed development. He also highlighted plans for a global data platform across Yanolja Group.
