Charles Schwab to launch spot bitcoin, ether trading for retail investors
U.S. brokerage Charles Schwab will begin spot trading in bitcoin and ether for U.S. retail customers within weeks, Cointelegraph reported. The service will use a dedicated crypto account linked to Schwab’s brokerage platform, with custody handled by a subsidiary and trade execution processed through a partnership with federally regulated trust company Paxos. The rollout will be phased and initially excludes New York and Louisiana residents. Fees are set at 0.75 percent per trade.

Morgan Stanley bitcoin spot ETF listing nears; 5 indicators in focus
Morgan Stanley is entering the market by launching its own bitcoin spot ETF, with investors watching whether low fees and its advisory network reshape competition. The Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust (MSBT) is to list on NYSE Arca, with trading set to start on April 8 Korea time. Grayscale lists Avalanche staking ETF on Nasdaq
Grayscale has listed its Avalanche staking exchange-traded fund, GAVA, on Nasdaq, The Block reported on March 12. The fund is designed to hold Avalanche’s native token, AVAX, and generate rewards through staking. Grayscale said GAVA complements its lineup of more than 40 digital asset products and offers investors exposure to a major smart contract platform. Grayscale had about $35 billion in assets under management at end-2025.
