JobKorea publishes report on how to spend hiring budgets to drive results
JobKorea published a report analysing corporate hiring budget execution and plans for the second half of 2026, based on a survey of 580 companies. It found 24.7 percent said they mostly met first-half hiring targets, while 50.7 percent hired only some of what they planned and 17.1 percent reported weak results. For the second half, 70.5 percent plan to keep budgets unchanged, with more firms cutting or halting spending than expanding it.

AI skills linked to higher pay in hiring market, JobKorea report shows
JobKorea said AI and data capabilities are emerging as a key competitive edge that influences annual pay in the hiring market. Its HR Money Report 2026 analysed a survey of 485 corporate recruiters and hiring data accumulated over 30 years. AI, development and data roles ranked highest by average annual salary among 21 job categories. Large companies paid the most on average, and finance and banking topped industries.

JobKorea publishes HR Money Report on hiring strategy in AI era
JobKorea, an AI and data-based HR tech platform operated by Worksphere, said on Tuesday it published its JobKorea HR Money Report for corporate HR managers. It said the report combines hiring data accumulated over the past 30 years with survey results from companies to analyse hiring trends and suggest strategic directions. It includes findings from a survey of 485 corporate recruiters on hiring performance satisfaction and this year’s hiring plans.
