[Digital Today reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] JobKorea, an AI and data-based HR tech platform operated by Worksphere, said on Tuesday it published the 'JobKorea HR Money Report' for corporate HR managers.

JobKorea said the report combines hiring data accumulated over the past 30 years with survey results from companies to analyse hiring trends and suggest strategic directions. It includes content that companies can refer to, including a survey on hiring satisfaction and plans, analysis of salary data by industry, job and company size, strategies to cut hiring costs and time, and organisational management strategies in the era of the 'great stay'.

The report also includes insights from a survey of 485 corporate hiring managers on satisfaction with hiring performance and this year’s hiring plans.

A JobKorea official said, "Clear data on the costs and time invested in hiring are essential to secure the talent companies want." The official added, "Based on hiring data and our experience operating services, we have introduced an HR report for companies. We will continue to advance AI services across the entire hiring process so that companies and job seekers can be connected with precision."
