CleanCore sells 463 million Dogecoin, shifts to AI data centres

CleanCore Solutions·ZONE has abandoned its Dogecoin holding strategy and shifted its business focus to investment in AI data centres. It sold all 463 million Dogecoin on July 20 to secure $33.4 million and wound down its ozone-based cleaning products manufacturing business. It also raised $100 million via common stock and warrant offerings, expanding shares outstanding to 502.1 million. Funds will go to new U.S. data centres in West Texas and Minnesota.
