2025 digital camera trends: performance improves and options expand
Camera enthusiasts faced higher costs in 2025 due to inflation, but the year brought significant changes. Standard models from major brands were refreshed and repositioned as de facto flagship products, featuring faster electronic-shutter burst shooting and deep-learning subject-detection autofocus.
