K Bank recruits interns for job-linked program, all to complete AI tasks

K Bank is recruiting interns for a job-linked program that will assess applicants mainly on artificial intelligence capabilities. The bank plans to assign all selected interns practical tasks such as building AI agents and improving work efficiency using AI, and to offer regular employment opportunities to those who receive high evaluations. Applications are open for its 2027 first-half internship in two tracks, Biz and Marketing and Tech, with a two-month placement starting in January.

MSIT launches \'Everyone\'s AI Lab\' picks 12 teams to start service development

South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT and the National Information Society Agency selected 12 teams to advance to the finals of the \'Everyone\'s AI Lab AI service competition\' and held a launch event in Seoul. The contest is part of the \'Everyone\'s AI Growth Ladder Project\' launched in August. A total of 390 proposals were submitted, narrowed to 50 and then 12 through regional presentations. Finalists receive mentoring and resources, with winners chosen in December.

Naver Happy Bean to support 300 young adults leaving care with emotional and living aid

Naver Corp\'s Happy Bean said on Wednesday it signed an agreement with South Korea\'s health ministry and partner organisations for the On:Youth Project to support young adults preparing for independence. The project will run through December and provide living and housing support and relationship-building programmes to 300 people within five years of leaving care. It will prioritise youths living in 107 areas, including depopulating regions. Partners will also provide essentials, camps and online community channels.
