JobKorea, an AI and data-based HR tech platform operated by Worksphere, said on Thursday it will run the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s 2026 Seoul-style youth internship job camp in management and office work and recruit participating companies.
The Seoul-style youth internship job camp is designed to strengthen young people’s job capabilities through collaboration-based, hands-on internships with companies seeking to hire AI-converged talent and to link participants to employment. It will run for about 4 months from June to September for business roles including management, office work, business development and business operations.
JobKorea will focus on matching companies with "AI-converged talent" who complete practical job training using AI tools through the programme. Participants will be placed into companies after receiving more than 90 hours of project-based training in digital collaboration skills, including automation of trend research based on AI vibe coding, data-based KPI analysis, AI reporting and UX improvement experiments.
Applications from participating companies will be accepted through the banner at the top of JobKorea’s main page and a dedicated information page until March 27. Large companies and mid-sized companies based in Seoul, general companies with at least 20 regular employees, and startups founded within 7 years can also apply if they meet detailed requirements.
Selected companies will be paid the total 4-month wage costs for interns, up to 10,133,036 won per person, along with mentor allowances and business travel expenses.
Seung-il Jeong (정승일), head of JobKorea’s Career Business Division, said, "We want to create a small but resonant impact that can help break through an era of sluggish youth employment by connecting young talent with AI capabilities to companies based in Seoul." He added, "JobKorea will continue to strengthen its role as the No. 1 platform by easing mismatches in the recruitment market based on data and AI and effectively connecting companies and talent."
