Happy Narae Co, a social enterprise founded by SK, said on Thursday it will recruit companies until April 30 for its 2026 participation in the “SE Consultant” programme, which matches former SK Group executive mentors one-on-one with social venture CEOs.
SE Consultant is a close mentoring programme that draws on business experience gained at SK Group to diagnose management issues companies face and seek solutions together. Since its launch in 2020, 50 former executives from 22 member companies have participated as mentors, providing advice to 141 social ventures and social enterprises.
This year’s mentor group includes executives from SK Telecom, SK Innovation, SK On, SK Networks and SK Geocentric. Mentors with expertise in areas such as telecommunications and media, AI and data, chemicals and materials, environment and circularity, and energy are set to provide advice tailored to each participating company’s characteristics and growth stage.
The programme is open to CEOs of social ventures, social enterprises and ESG startups that aim to address social problems. Companies must have at least 2 people including the chief executive, and selected companies will receive 4 sessions of management consulting from a dedicated mentor. Mentoring can be extended if needed.
Cho Min-young (조민영), a division head at Happy Narae, said SE Consultant has high satisfaction among social ventures because it allows them to meet veteran experts from SK Group directly. She said mentors with experience across various industrial fields will provide practical advice suited to each company’s circumstances, helping more social ventures build a foundation for growth and take the next step forward. Happy Narae Co is a purchasing service company founded by SK, and it uses all of its profits to create social value.
