Nexth CEO Jang Hyun-kuk buys 5.41 mln shares from Linked
Nexth CEO Jang Hyun-kuk (장현국) exercised a 14.7 billion won call option to buy 5,410,590 common shares held by Linked, the company said on Thursday. The transfer price is 2,710 won per share, based on a 2,500 won exercise price plus 15 percent annual interest under a shareholder agreement signed on Dec. 13, 2024. Payment is due in cash via an over-the-counter transaction on Dec. 31, 2026.

Kross has officially launched its Mainnet 2.0, dubbed Breakpoint, optimised for blockchain games and on-chain AI agents. The upgrade, approved by about 98 percent of governance votes, shifts the network from a holdings-based structure to participation. The network begins block production under a 21-validator proof-of-staked authority model and applies a deflationary mechanism that burns all base fees. It also sets a first-year reward pool of 300 million CROSS and strengthens infrastructure for AI agents.

Korbit has started whitelist integration that allows users to transfer Cross held on the exchange directly to the CROSSx wallet. The link lets users move tokens to a Cross ecosystem wallet without an intermediate address or bridge process, enabling immediate use of services such as staking and decentralised exchange functions. CROSSx wallet has been registered as a whitelist wallet at Korbit, and users can add a receiving address and complete verification to withdraw.
