Hana Financial to expand reverse mortgage service for homes valued above 1.2 billion won
Hana Financial Group said it will expand and overhaul the service scope of its reverse mortgage product, Hana The Next My Home Pension, from April 1 for customers aged 55 and older who own homes valued above 1.2 billion won. The group will broaden eligibility to include certain redevelopment and reconstruction properties by applying mortgage liens for a set period. It also added five pension payout limit options, from 500 million won to 1.5 billion won.

Naver Pay launches regular home management fee payment service
Naver Pay opened its “Regular Home Management Fee Payment” service on March 13. After registering a home in Npay Real Estate’s “My Home” service, users can pay management fees on a recurring basis using Npay Money or points. Payments are made automatically one day before the monthly due date, with notifications sent via the Naver app. To mark the launch, Naver Pay will give 5,000 Npay points for completed sign-ups by April 10 and offer 0.3 percent point accrual through year-end.

Ottogi to take part in Seoul Living Design Fair with solo booth, partner projects
Ottogi said on Feb. 25 it will participate in the 2026 Seoul Living Design Fair at COEX in Seoul through March 1. The company will join organiser “House Full of Happiness” as a project partner in a planned exhibition and lounge. It will be featured in influencer-curated spaces, present an egg sandwich collaboration, and operate its own “Yellow Atelier” booth selling products and goods, including limited items.
