Fescaro buys JS Automotive, expands into auto parts manufacturing
Fescaro, a vehicle integrated security platform company, said on Thursday it will become the largest shareholder of auto parts maker JS Automotive by acquiring 70 percent of its newly issued shares. Fescaro said the acquisition will add manufacturing capability to its existing vehicle cybersecurity and electronic control unit businesses. JS Automotive is expected to strengthen research and development while improving its financial soundness. JS Automotive, founded in 2006, makes electronic module parts, wiring harnesses and connectors.
