Zigbang expands AI broker service to all housing types
Proptech firm Zigbang said on Thursday it has upgraded its AI broker service and expanded its scope to cover one-room and two-room homes, officetels and villas. The company said it is extending conversational search beyond apartments to shift its real estate platform from a listing search service to AI-based decision-making infrastructure. The update also adds alternative suggestions when no listings match and multilingual support in English, Japanese and Chinese.

RideFlux launches late-night autonomous BRT service in Busan
Autonomous driving software startup RideFlux begins a late-night autonomous bus rapid transit service in Busan from Jan. 26. The service is open to the public during late-night hours after existing BRT operations end. A 9-metre electric bus will be deployed, carrying up to 15 passengers. It will operate on weekdays from 11:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. on a 10.4-km round-trip route between Haeundae and Dongnae stations.
