Kyobo DTS launches ConnectOne AI customer service solution with Spectra
Kyobo DTS said on Wednesday it will launch ConnectOne, an AI-based integrated customer service platform developed with customer service solutions firm Spectra. The company said the service links the entire process, from the start of customer consultations to agent support, follow-up tasks and operational analysis, through a single AI agent. It also provides automation agents that can directly handle consultation tasks connected to existing business processes.

Kyobo DTS, Spectra to cooperate on AI customer service solution to replace call centre ARS
Kyobo DTS said on Tuesday it signed an MOU with Spectra, an online-channel customer service platform specialist, to cooperate on developing an AI customer service solution and related business. The solution is designed to go beyond fixed-response chatbots by identifying customer intent and searching product information and existing Q&A data in real time. It is being developed to replace call centre ARS by combining speech recognition and generative AI for 24-hour service. The cloud-based SaaS service is to be listed on AWS Marketplace.
