Kyobo DTS said on Wednesday it will unveil ConnectOne, an AI-based integrated customer service platform that combines AI with corporate data, in cooperation with customer service solutions firm Spectra.
According to the company, ConnectOne supports more efficient customer service operations by linking the entire process - from the start of a customer consultation to agent support, follow-up task processing and operational analysis - through a single AI agent. It provides an automation agent function in which AI directly handles consultation tasks connected to existing business processes, going beyond guidance for simple product inquiries, exchanges and refunds.
The company stressed it includes most functions needed for customer service, including AI chatbot and callbot functions, AI work automation and consultation management.
Kyobo DTS plans to participate in the Smartwork & Contact Center Expo, to be held at COEX in Seoul from Sept. 9 to 11, to showcase the ConnectOne service.
A Kyobo DTS official said, "ConnectOne goes beyond simple automation of customer responses. It is designed to solve staffing shortages that small and medium-sized companies and small business owners actually face, and to boost business competitiveness through automation of consultation tasks linked to existing business processes. We will expand into various industries, including manufacturing, wholesale and retail, and distribution, and create a new standard for AI customer consultations."
