Shinhan Bank signs MOU with Jogye Order to expand services for followers
Shinhan Bank on March 11 signed a memorandum of understanding with the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism at the Korean Buddhist History and Culture Memorial Hall in Seoul’s Jongno district. Shinhan Bank CEO Jeong Sang-hyeok and Jogye Order chief administrator Venerable Jinwoo attended. The agreement aims to digitise the order’s follower management system and expand convenience services by linking follower ID functions with financial services. The sides plan a dedicated card, a digital platform and joint promotions.
