KB Kookmin Bank expands counselling support for vulnerable debtors, adds 300 million won
KB Kookmin Bank will expand psychological counselling support for financially vulnerable people struggling with debt problems. The bank said on Thursday it will contribute an additional 300 million won to broaden its \"Mind Care Counselling Service\" run jointly with the Credit Counseling & Recovery Service. With the new contribution, total funding for the programme backed by the bank rises to 800 million won. The programme has conducted 4,738 counselling sessions.

KB Financial builds linked credit, psychological and legal support system for voice phishing victims
KB Financial Group will support the psychological and financial recovery of victims of voice phishing and other telecommunications financial fraud. It signed an MOU with the Korean National Police Agency and the Credit Recovery Committee to strengthen prevention and victim support. Under the agreement, police will produce and distribute prevention content and run support schemes, while the Credit Recovery Committee will provide credit counselling and link victims to psychological and legal services. The service starts June 1.

KB Kookmin Bank expands \'KB Hope Finance Center\' nationwide to support vulnerable groups
KB Kookmin Bank said it has expanded its \'KB Hope Finance Center\' from Seoul and Incheon to major hubs nationwide, including Daegu, Daejeon and Busan. The centres support vulnerable customers by providing debt adjustment and credit counselling services. The bank said the centres also guide customers on debt relief systems and policy finance products, including options to switch from high-interest loans. It also introduced an AI agent to strengthen counselling support.
