KB Financial Group joins Kiaf Seoul 2026 as lead partner for third straight year
KB Financial Group will take part in the international art fair Kiaf Seoul 2026 as a lead partner for the third consecutive year. The event runs from Sept. 2 to 6 at COEX in Seoul. KB Financial said it will operate special exhibitions, emerging-artist displays and docent programs. It will present a special exhibition with artist Kim Taek-sang and run its KB Artlier programme.

KB Financial Group said on Tuesday it released interview videos with winners of the KB Star Award from the 2026 Hwarang Art Fair emerging artist special exhibition, \'ZOOM IN\'. The videos feature painter Joyce Jin and sculptor Song In-wook discussing their work and creative backgrounds. KB Financial said it is officially sponsoring the exhibition and continuing cultural support initiatives. It also plans follow-up collaborations such as merchandise and solo exhibitions.

KB Financial Group said the latest video in its generative AI-based digital art marketing project, Into the Artventure, has surpassed 1 million views on YouTube. The Star Friends X 2026 Calendar episode reimagines artwork as animated video while maintaining the artist’s style. The group said the project aligns with its inclusive finance and arts support efforts, including backing emerging artists and running a free public museum and gallery admission initiative through KB Kookmin Bank’s KB Star Banking.
