Korea Post runs prize event for post office insurance premium auto-debit
Korea Post’s Postal Service is running a prize event for customers who pay post office insurance premiums via automatic transfers from post office accounts. Eligible customers are those who newly register a post office account for premium auto-debit or switch to that method during the event period and make at least one payment. Winners will be announced on Dec. 11 on the post office savings website and the Itda Banking app.

Korea Post launches campaign to boost recycling of composite-material products
The Ministry of Science and ICT\'s Postal Service is running a campaign through July to promote resource circulation for composite-material products that are difficult to recycle. In partnership with TerraCycle, it aims to spread a recycling culture and expand post office return logistics and the Itda Banking mobile banking service. Participants can return items such as coffee capsules, cosmetic containers and water filters. The campaign includes online and offline events offering vouchers and coffee coupons.

Korea Post says users can find unclaimed national tax refunds on post office banking app
Korea Post said users will be able to check unclaimed national tax refunds through its post office mobile banking app. The Ministry of Science and ICT’s Postal Service said it will provide the service via Itda Banking from April 28. The “Find National Tax Refunds” function lets users view refunds that have been approved but not claimed, and check the status of unclaimed refunds from the past five years. It also links to the mobile web version of the National Tax Service’s Hometax for payouts.
