Invenium to acquire layer1 Mantra, expand RWA tokenisation and AI infrastructure
Data infrastructure firm Invenium Capital Partners is set to acquire layer1 blockchain Mantra and its affiliates, Cointelegraph reported. The acquisition aims to strengthen Invenium’s real-world asset tokenisation business. Invenium previously made a $20 million strategic investment in Mantra in August 2025 and launched the Mantra-based layer2 NVNM Chain on May 13. Mantra has spent the past year dealing with the fallout from the collapse of its OM token.
