Bespin Global publishes 2026 industry-by-industry AX customer casebook

Bespin Global said on Monday it has published a casebook compiling artificial intelligence transformation (AX) results across key industries including finance, public sector, manufacturing, distribution and services. The company said the book categorises 34 AX cases by industry, covering global leading examples, 14 domestic projects involving organisations such as KB Life and Woori Financial Group, and Bespin Global’s own company-wide AX application. It said the examples show AI is delivering measurable results.

KT launches K-PATH 2026, selects 16 startups

KT said on Wednesday it has selected the final participants for its open innovation program K-PATH 2026 and will step up business cooperation with promising AI startups. A total of 193 companies applied, and KT chose 16 after document screening and presentation evaluations. The program aims to foster startups with AI technology as partners for KT\'s AI transformation business and carry out joint projects. KT plans customer project-based collaboration and will disclose results at an Oct. 20 event.

Upstage unveils \'Solar Open 2\' touting agent performance

Upstage unveiled its open-weight large language model \'Solar Open 2\' optimised for agent task execution and released the model weights on Hugging Face. Developed through a government sovereign AI foundation model project, it uses a mixture-of-experts design with 250 billion parameters and activates 15 billion in use. Upstage said it outperformed rival models on multiple benchmarks and plans broader deployments and AX services across industries.
