The publisher said the book explains the president’s approach to problem-solving, language of persuasion, execution and crisis response so office workers and general readers can apply it to their jobs. It adds the book is not meant to support or judge any politician.

U.S. House renews push for bill to count crypto assets in mortgage qualification
A bill that would encourage U.S. federal housing agencies to reflect cryptocurrency holdings in mortgage underwriting has drawn renewed attention. Representative Nancy Mace reaffirmed her intent to advance the American Homeowner Crypto Modernization Act, saying crypto ownership should not bar people from homeownership. The proposal would not accept unverified wallet balances and would require documentation such as proof of ownership, transaction records and exchange documents. The bill remains in early legislative stages in Congress.

In AI era, product and design teams face choice of builder or reviewer
AI coding agents are changing the role of engineering, product and design organisations at software companies, LangChain CEO Harrison Chase said in a blog post. As code generation costs fall, prototypes increase and the bottleneck shifts toward reviewing and judgement, he said. Chase said documents conveying intent remain necessary alongside prototypes, and he expects the value of generalists and systems thinking to rise. He sees two key roles emerging: builders and reviewers.
