Singapore monetary authority adds Hyperliquid to investor alert list
The Monetary Authority of Singapore has added the decentralised perpetual futures exchange Hyperliquid to its investor alert list. Cointelegraph reported that Hyperliquid was classified as an entity that could be mistaken for a business licensed or regulated in Singapore. The list includes the Hyper Foundation website and the Hyperliquid trading app. Hyperliquid said it has never claimed to be licensed or approved by the authority and said its infrastructure remains open to anyone without permission.
