Disney+ changes terms to allow ads across all plans, including premium
Disney+ has changed its terms of service to allow advertising across all subscription plans, including premium. Under the revised terms, subscribers must agree that ads may appear before and after movies or programmes, or they cannot use the service. The change weakens the practical distinction of “ad-free” plans, even as Disney’s U.S. guidance still lists a Premium (no ads) tier and says on-demand content is generally ad-free. Japan and South Korea currently list their plans as ad-free.
