Users must navigate multiple settings in the Gmail web client to turn off smart features, which are linked across Workspace. Turning them off can also disable desktop alerts, delivery tracking and calendar integration, and workplace users may need administrator privileges.

OpenAI has laid out an industrial policy blueprint calling for strong government intervention, tax-system reform and a four-day workweek without wage cuts to respond to rapid social change from AI adoption.
