Woori Bank expands non-face-to-face changes to public pension payment accounts
Woori Bank is expanding its non-face-to-face service for changing public pension payment accounts to improve convenience for senior customers. The bank said on Tuesday it has expanded the “four major public pension payment account non-face-to-face change service” on WooriWON Banking. The update allows recipients of the Government Employees Pension, Military Pension and Private School Teachers’ Pension to switch their pension payment account to a Woori Bank account without visiting a branch or using phone consultations.

Woori Bank launches WooriWON Mobile family event to cut telecom bills
Woori Bank is launching a family-focused promotion for its budget mobile service WooriWON Mobile to expand its customer base and attract family sign-ups. The event, titled “As Everyone WONs It,” offers new subscribers who activate service in May and join a family bundle up to 50,000 won in rewards and additional data. If a minor activates service, benefits are provided to the parent. New 5G plan subscribers can also receive multiple coupons and discounts.

Woori Bank launches event for new DC and IRP retirement pension sign-ups
Woori Bank said on Tuesday it will run a promotion through June 30 for customers who newly sign up for defined contribution and individual IRP retirement pensions. Customers who join during the period and deposit at least 1 million won can receive Woori Financial Group membership points, with payouts set by deposit tiers and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The bank said it plans to strengthen fee waivers and tailored asset management services.
