HCG adds year-end tax settlement AI chatbot to payroll outsourcing service
Human Consulting Group (HCG) said on Wednesday it has introduced a generative AI-based year-end tax settlement chatbot to its payroll outsourcing service. The chatbot is designed to help users resolve tax settlement questions around the clock regardless of time and place. It provides guidance on complex individual cases, including child deductions for dual-income couples, documents for mid-year job changers and rent tax credits.
