Enterprise solutions company Younglimwon Softlab said on Thursday it signed a memorandum of understanding with HR specialist Human Consulting Group to strengthen joint marketing and sales cooperation.

The companies plan to step up cooperation in customer sales and proposal processes and to identify demand linking ERP and HR deployments to expand joint business opportunities.

They will pursue joint proposals with Human Consulting Group when HR capabilities are needed in ERP-focused projects. If demand for ERP adoption is confirmed in HR deployment projects, they plan to work with Younglimwon Softlab to provide customers with a more integrated solution.

The companies will also conduct joint marketing and promotional activities to expand market awareness and customer touchpoints. They plan a range of activities including online and offline seminars, webinars and content planning to actively promote the value of linking ERP-based management and HR innovation.

Human Consulting Group CEO Jae-hyun Park (박재현) said the companies began the cooperation based on a shared track record of providing solutions optimized for the South Korean corporate environment. He said combining ERP and HR capabilities could create new value for domestic corporate management environments, adding he hoped the partnership would help drive change in the market.

Younglimwon Softlab CEO Young-beom Kwon (권영범) said it was meaningful to partner with a company like HCG that has expertise and experience. He said the role of people and organizations is becoming more important in the AI era, and he considered HCG a partner with capabilities to advance those areas. He added that the companies would expand cooperation focused on the mid-sized company market and build a new collaboration model in South Korea's management solution market.
