Mgame opens pre-registration for martial arts idle RPG Gwihon Raising
Mgame said on Monday it has begun pre-registration for its self-developed martial arts idle role-playing game, Gwihon Raising. The new title uses the intellectual property of the PC online game Gwihon and carries over key elements such as jobs, martial arts skills, regions and monsters, redesigned into a stage-based idle structure. Players can pre-register via app stores and receive various in-game items, with rewards claimable until Dec. 31.

Mgame to pay first-ever quarterly dividend to boost shareholder returns
Mgame will pay a quarterly cash dividend for the first time since its founding, instead of an annual year-end dividend. The company set the dividend at 110 won per share, for a total payout of about 2 billion won, with a record date of July 2. It is expanding dividend payments from once a year to quarterly. Mgame also decided on 4 billion won in share buybacks and plans new game launches.

Mgame executives buy 100 million won worth of own shares
Mgame said on Thursday that its registered executives, including Vice President Hong Deung-ho and Director Lee Jae-chang, bought 50 million won each of the company’s shares on the open market. It said the purchases reflect management’s confidence in the company’s sustainable growth and that it will consider additional buying depending on market conditions. Mgame has expanded shareholder-friendly policies, including cash dividends and a 2 billion won share buyback to be fully retired.
