Smilegate said on Aug. 14 that its global game platform Stove will take part as a gold sponsor at the Busan Indie Connect (BIC) Festival 2026, which runs through Aug. 16 at BEXCO in Busan.

At BIC 2026, Stove will support partner companies in exhibiting offline booths. China’s Thermite Games will showcase three titles, including "House of Legacy", "A Travel Guide to the Babel", and "Lonestar Hunter".

Two new titles will also be unveiled for the first time at Smilegate’s booth. Line Games will first present "A.S.S. (Amazing Slot Survival)", a new publishing title developed by Two Men Games, while Attic Friends will debut its new title "Min-ah, a Low-Performing Employee at a Game Company".

Smilegate’s global publishing title "Alleyway: Gwihon" was named this year’s "Connect Pick" selected by Big Connectors.

Stove will also operate an online "STOVE x BIC" collaboration page with the BIC Festival organising committee through Aug. 28.

About 70 entries took part in the collaboration page. Users can try demo games for free, and a 10 percent discount coupon is provided for games that have been officially released and are on sale.
