Postmen to verify demolition of closed shops, streamlining on-site inspections
Post office mail carriers will check whether shops run by closed small businesses have been demolished, in a move aimed at speeding up support for demolition costs. Korea Post will use its nationwide network to simplify on-site verification, which previously required separate inspectors to visit and submit reports. Postmen will conduct initial checks during mail delivery and prepare inspection reports, with specialist inspectors making additional visits when needed.
