Glow raises $180 million to build endpoint security that covers AI agents
Cybersecurity startup Glow has raised $180 million in a Series A round that valued the company at $1.2 billion. Founded in 2025, Glow is developing an endpoint security platform that monitors and controls software running on employee devices, AI agents and developer tools. The round was led by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Green Oaks and Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Index Ventures and others.

Three U.S. Coupang shareholders join legal challenge against South Korean government
Three additional U.S. investors holding shares in Coupang have submitted notices of intent to arbitrate, challenging South Korea’s response to a personal data leak case, industry sources said. Abrams Capital, Durable Capital Partners and Foxhaven said they will also join legal objections filed by Green Oaks and Altimeter. The Justice Ministry said the new claimants relied on the same factual assertions as earlier filings and that the government will respond through an inter-agency dispute response team.
