Fitbit app integrated into Google Health; five changes with Gemini
Google will replace the Fitbit app with Google Health and unify its health management services in a mandatory update. The new app will also replace Google Fit and Google Health Connect, while keeping existing health data and device connections. Google Health will support many apps and devices and add features such as medical record storage and shareable QR-code reports. Premium features will center on a Gemini-based Google Health Coach. Pricing is $9.99 a month or $99 a year.
