Google rolls out Gemini 3.5 Flash, Gemini 3.5 Pro set for next month
Google unveiled its next-generation AI model strategy for Gemini 3.5, rolling out Gemini 3.5 Flash first while planning to release Gemini 3.5 Pro next month. At its I/O 2026 developer event in California, Google made Flash the default model for the Gemini app and AI Search mode. The company said Flash targets a balance of speed, cost and performance, while Pro will handle deeper reasoning and longer context tasks.

Google releases Antigravity 2.0, boosts desktop app, CLI and SDK
Google unveiled Antigravity 2.0, an agent coding app, alongside an updated desktop app, a command line tool and an SDK for custom workflows. The new desktop app supports managing multiple agents, parallel execution, custom sub-agent workflows and scheduled background tasks, and integrates with Google AI Studio, Android and Firebase. Many features run on Gemini 3.5 Flash. Google also added voice commands, released Antigravity CLI and SDK, and introduced AI Ultra pricing changes.

Testing OpenClaw AI agent shows limits for average users

While installation was straightforward, connecting AI models and handling API keys caused repeated errors, rate limits and payment issues. After hours of setup, the agent produced inconsistent news-monitoring outputs and struggled with browser automation due to token limits. The experience suggested it remains difficult for non-developers to use effectively.
