KT Content Pay offers up to 50 percent off AI and everyday subscriptions

KT said on July 13 it will offer up to a 50 percent discount on subscription fees for customers who pay for Google Play Store subscription products in July using its mobile payment promotion service, KT Content Pay. The discount applies when users register \'KT Payment\' as a Google Play payment method and select it at checkout. Applicants can receive a bill discount of 50 percent, up to 5,000 won, and additional discounts for selected AI services and eligible customers.

SKT launches Google AI Plan on T Universe with discounts of up to 2,100 won a month

SK Telecom said on Thursday it launched three versions of Google’s AI subscription service, Google AI Plan, on its subscription platform T Universe. The plans offer higher usage limits for Google’s latest AI features and models, including Gemini, and expanded cloud storage. SKT offers monthly discounts of up to 2,100 won, including a discounted entry product, Google AI Plus 400GB. It also bundles Google AI Plan and an OTT benefit for some new tariff subscribers.

Google cuts price of Gemini AI Plus in low-cost AI plan push

Google cut the price of its low-cost AI subscription, Gemini AI Plus, to $4.99 a month from $7.99 and doubled included cloud storage to 400GB, TechRadar reported. The change makes it cheaper than OpenAI\'s $8-a-month ChatGPT Go. Google said users get up to twice the usage limits of the free version and added video generation and other bundled tools. OpenAI says ChatGPT Go expands access but does not disclose specifics and may include ads.
