Ripple links XRP and RLUSD to institutional treasury accounts with single KYC

Ripple has outlined a process that lets corporate customers integrate XRP and RLUSD into treasury operations without building their own blockchain infrastructure. Companies can open a digital asset account within Ripple Treasury and connect it to existing workflows by selecting Ripple from a provider list and completing a one-time know-your-customer check. Once activated, balances and transactions feed into treasury management systems with real-time exchange rates applied in the chosen reporting currency.

XRP jumped about 13 percent and briefly reclaimed $1.28, drawing attention to factors behind the rebound. Santiment pointed to improved broader market sentiment and continued accumulation by large holders. It said wallets holding at least 1 million XRP control 74.1 percent of supply and added about 1.53 billion XRP over six months. Ripple CEO says 30 percent of payments to move on-chain within five years

Ripple aims to shift about 30 percent of annual payment volume on its corporate treasury platform Ripple Treasury to on-chain settlement within five years. CEO Brad Garlinghouse announced the plan at the Consensus 2026 event in Miami, The Crypto Basic reported. He said Ripple Treasury processed about $13 trillion in payments last year but has seen virtually no stablecoin or digital-asset transactions so far. Ripple plans a gradual transition for customers.
