Circle pushes EURC to step up UK push as debate grows over why it gained early lead

Krafton wins ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701 certifications
Krafton said on Thursday it has obtained ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 international certifications from the British Standards Institution. The certifications cover the company’s full business areas, including game development and publishing, and development and operations using AI technologies such as CPC. The scope includes its headquarters in South Korea and key overseas offices in the United States, Europe, India and Japan.

ThreatModeler to acquire IriusRisk to expand AI-based threat modeling
ThreatModeler will acquire Spain-based cybersecurity startup IriusRisk to bolster its AI-based threat modeling capabilities, SiliconANGLE reported on Jan. 9 local time. The terms were not disclosed. Threat modeling analyzes application vulnerabilities and simulates how hackers could exploit them. ThreatModeler offers a platform that automates the process and prioritizes issues by severity. IriusRisk provides a similar solution, Bex AI, to help developers identify design-stage security flaws and check compliance with data regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
