Daishin Securities files criminal complaint against former employee over alleged Capital Markets Act breach
Daishin Securities said on Feb. 24 it completed a criminal complaint last year against a former employee suspected of violating the Capital Markets Act and is cooperating with an ongoing investigation by authorities. It said it launched an internal audit in June last year after becoming aware of the allegations, and reported the individual to police based on the findings. The former employee is also suspected of breaching other financial laws and resigned late last year.
