Morgan Stanley MSBT expands bitcoin holdings, nears $1 billion
Morgan Stanley\'s spot bitcoin exchange-traded fund, MSBT, holds 10,519 bitcoin and is closing in on $1 billion in assets. Blockchain media outlet U.Today reported on Oct. 5 that the holdings were worth about $903.86 million, about five months after the fund’s launch. On-chain analytics firm Arkham said the ETF’s connected wallets total about $903.86 million. Arkham said the fund’s addresses were publicly identified within a week of launch.

XRP eyes test of long-term downtrend pattern; technical target in focus
XRP is extending a rebound toward a breakout zone of a right-angled descending broadening formation that has continued since 2025. If the rise holds, it could test resistance around $3.50, and a move above that level would set a technical target near $6. XRP has rebounded more than 54 percent from an August low of $0.98 to $1.51, but it still needs a large climb to reach $3.50.
