Hana Financial Group said on March 22 it signed a memorandum of understanding with the Federation of Korean Industries, the Korea Youth Counseling & Welfare Institute and the Korea Educational Broadcasting System. It plans to 추진 a social contribution project, \"Youth Bridge\", to support independence and a fresh start for out-of-school youth. The partners will build an integrated support system, linking education, counselling and career guidance, while Hana Financial runs finance-related and field-based programmes including financial education and illegal gambling prevention.

South Korea\'s industry ministry has begun an audit into a Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry press release that contained false statistics, after holding an emergency meeting with six major economic groups. Industry Minister Kim Jeong-gwan apologised as the minister overseeing the chamber and criticised the release for citing estimates from a private immigration consulting firm rather than a professional survey agency. He said the matter could confuse the public and markets and damage trust in the policy environment.
