Tesla FSD Supervised wins temporary approval in Czech Republic, becoming seventh European country
Tesla\'s driver-assistance software Full Self-Driving (FSD) Supervised will soon be available in the Czech Republic after authorities granted temporary approval. The decision makes the Czech Republic the seventh European country to allow the system. Czech transport authorities cited a temporary approval issued in April by the Netherlands\' RDW and said early reviews raised concerns about reactions to traffic lights, speed limits and driver attentiveness. The Czech Republic conducted months of evaluation and said drivers must stay alert and intervene when needed.

Tesla FSD switches to subscription from Aug. 10; one-off 9.04 million won to 150,000 won a month
Tesla Korea will change how it sells its supervised Full Self-Driving (FSD) option from a one-off payment to a monthly subscription from Aug. 10. The current one-time price of 9,043,000 won including VAT will be replaced by a 150,000 won-a-month plan, applied to all models. Enhanced Autopilot will no longer be available for new purchase on U.S.-built vehicles after Aug. 10, while China-built vehicles will keep the option at 4,522,000 won including VAT.

Dutch Tesla owners of Hardware 3 (HW3) vehicles are rapidly expanding collective legal action, with participation nearing 7,000, as they argue Full Self-Driving (FSD) performance promised by Tesla cannot be implemented on HW3 cars. Organisers are preparing to set up a foundation under Dutch rules to pursue a formal class action. Claimants cite an RDW approval limiting FSD Supervised in Europe to HW4 vehicles and seek damages and possible refunds.
