Nexthurs\' ONE lists on Kraken, begins trading in dollar market

Nexthurs\' native token ONE for its blockchain Onechain has been listed on global cryptocurrency exchange Kraken and has begun trading in the exchange\'s dollar market, the company said on Wednesday. The listing adds a U.S. dollar trading channel to existing domestic and overseas markets where ONE is traded, including Korbit, Coinone and Gopax in won markets and several overseas exchanges. Nexthurs said Onechain is an EVM-compatible layer-1 focused on on-chain games.

Not all L1s are the same: Ark Invest on the business structures of ETH, SOL and HYPE

Ethereum, Solana and Hyperliquid are all layer-1 blockchains, but their business structures and revenue models differ fundamentally, an analysis said. Ark Invest crypto research director Lorenzo Valente compared the three to fast-food chains, likening Ethereum to a franchise and holding-company model where value flows to L2s after EIP-4844. He described Solana as a fully integrated model keeping fees and MEV inside L1, and Hyperliquid as a concentrated team-led model using fees to buy HYPE tokens.

XRP Ledger trading concentrates in fewer accounts as per-account volume triples

Trading on the XRP Ledger became more concentrated in fewer accounts over the past year, a report showed. Daily trading accounts on the decentralised exchange order book fell to 1,111 from 1,864, while average daily volume per account rose about threefold to 3,217 XRP. Average daily order-book volume climbed 79 percent to 3.57 million XRP, and its share of total DEX trading rose to 81 percent. The report also cited growth in RLUSD and net inflows into U.S. XRP spot ETFs.
