Microsoft unveils AI tool to ease switch to Dynamics 365, targets Salesforce customers
Microsoft has unveiled an AI tool called Dynamics 365 Activate to help customers using other companies\' CRM systems switch more easily to its Dynamics 365 platform. Released as a public preview, the tool prioritises companies migrating from Salesforce to Dynamics 365. Microsoft said ERP-related functions will be added within this year. It said the tool helps partners and customers speed up transitions, reduce manual work and lower migration risks.
