SKT launches Google AI Plan on T Universe with discounts of up to 2,100 won a month
SK Telecom said on Thursday it launched three versions of Google’s AI subscription service, Google AI Plan, on its subscription platform T Universe. The plans offer higher usage limits for Google’s latest AI features and models, including Gemini, and expanded cloud storage. SKT offers monthly discounts of up to 2,100 won, including a discounted entry product, Google AI Plus 400GB. It also bundles Google AI Plan and an OTT benefit for some new tariff subscribers.

KT launches unified plan removing 5G-LTE divide, offers age-based bonus benefits
KT launched a unified mobile plan on Tuesday that removes the division between 5G and LTE pricing. It merged 5G and LTE plans and reduced more than 100 existing plans to 18. The new lineup has two lines, Choice and Basic, expands data allowances and adds an age-based bonus structure applied automatically. KT will stop taking new sign-ups for existing 5G and LTE plans from July 1.

Bob Iger, Disney\'s former chief executive, said he examined the possibility of a merger between Disney and Apple but it did not lead to a deal. In an interview, Iger said the idea was discussed at one point. He also said that even after Steve Jobs died he wanted to complete the transaction, but Apple did not take it very seriously. Iger also revisited a previously considered acquisition of X, formerly Twitter.
