SKT to overhaul work practices around AI under AX Innovation 2.0
SK Telecom is redesigning company-wide work processes and collaboration around AI to resolve issues that arise during adoption, including data access, system integration and security, and to raise productivity. The company said it is pursuing “AX Innovation 2.0” with a focus on moving from individual use to organisational change and from convenience to practicality. It aims to overcome the “AX J-curve” plateau and is rolling out three programmes while developing security and data support tools.
