XYZ joins Motif consortium for homegrown AI foundation model
Physical AI company XYZ said on Wednesday it has been selected as a key participating institution in the Ministry of Science and ICT’s consortium for a homegrown AI foundation model. The company will collect and process Physical AI data using its own infrastructure and devices. It will apply the foundation model to its semi-humanoid robot, DEUX, and handle on-site validation and wider adoption. It will also support performance improvements with multimodal interaction data and GloveX-based dexterous manipulation data.
