Nexthurs CEO Jang Hyun-kook (장현국) bought 161,765 shares of the company on the market for about 300 million won, a filing showed. The purchase was made at 1,858 won per share, for a total of 300,484,870 won. The funds came from his own money sourced from earned income, without borrowing. His holdings rose to 5,968,762 shares, while his stake fell to 7.33 percent.
