SKT tops national customer satisfaction index for 29th straight year
SK Telecom topped the 2026 National Customer Satisfaction Index survey by the Korea Productivity Center, ranking No. 1 in the mobile phone service category for the 29th consecutive year. The index measures consumer satisfaction with products and services sold in South Korea. SKT said the result reflected efforts to improve AI-centered telecom services, strengthen customer protection and network security after a cyber incident last year, and restore customer trust. SK Broadband also ranked No. 1 for 16 straight years.

SK Telecom marks 42nd anniversary with customer site visits in Jung Jae-heon\'s first move
SK Telecom said on March 29 it held customer visits on March 27 to mark its 42nd anniversary and founding day. About 80 people, including CEO Jung Jae-heon, executives and customer trust committee members, visited service sites to hear customer complaints. Jung visited a senior college in Pocheon, offering anti-fraud training and device checks. The company said it will reflect feedback in decisions and use AI-based analysis.

SKT expands customer touchpoints, drives trust recovery through on-site communication
SK Telecom, which faced a hacking incident last year, plans to expand customer touchpoints this year and push to restore trust through on-site communication. It has set up a CX organisation to capture customer demands and reflect them in products and services. SKT will broaden its travelling service programme, visiting 71 counties and prioritising areas with older populations. Executives including the CEO will join outreach, while the company also advances AI-based customer-tailored services.
