Doctor Profit sells XRP, says it is not time to buy altcoins

XRP has re-entered a monthly relative strength index (RSI) oversold zone that has appeared only four times in 13 years, market analyst Cryptollica said. The signal emerged as XRP slid to $1.20 in early June after rebounding in mid-May. Cryptollica said past instances near or below the same RSI level were followed by large gains, though it is not certain the pattern will repeat this time.
