Cowintech to change name to Cowin Robotics in push to become robot integration platform
Cowintech said on Aug. 13 it will change its name to Cowin Robotics to make its robot business a core growth driver. The company aims to transition into an intelligent robot integration platform business and is restructuring from supplying standalone robots to covering hardware, control software, integrated monitoring and on-site system integration. The change will be finalized after approval at an extraordinary shareholders meeting.
